This agreement regulates remote sales transactions made through Hi Travel. The buyer is deemed to have accepted the following terms for any service purchases made on the Hi Travel site.

1. Parties: Seller: HiTravel. Buyer: The person or company purchasing the service.

2. Service Description and Price: The seller will provide the tourism services specified to the buyer. The price of the services is valid as specified at the time of the order.

3. Payment Terms: Payments will be made by the buyer using the payment methods specified on the site. The seller cannot provide any service without confirming the payment transaction.

4. Consumer's Legal Rights: The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, the right to withdraw may be limited for certain services, such as tours.

5. Cancellation and Refund: In the event of a cancellation of purchased services, a refund will be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy.
