Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tours
Free Cancellation: The right to free cancellation for tours is valid for cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour date. After the free cancellation period, cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation Fees:Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the tour date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price. For cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date, no full refund will be issued. A cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price may be charged.
Refund Conditions: Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy set by the tour company. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or customer service). The refund process begins after approval from the tour company and usually takes 7-14 business days to complete.
Force Majeure: In the case of tour cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), payment may be refunded or an alternative date may be offered. You must contact customer service for a refund request.
